Salary : (TK. 12,000 to 30,000) per month Negotiable.

Job qualities for Support Service Executive (PS):

• Age 18 to 35 years.

• Only females are allowed to apply.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.

• Truthful and honest.

• Fluent in English and Bangla.

• General computer Knowledge Bengali & English typing, excel work with good speed, related software and Internet skill.

• Height minimum 5 feet 6 inch.

Job responsibilities of the Personal Secretary:

• Customer support, customer relation developments, customer management, Tale Sales, Customer Support from front office.

• Business developments & attend the client, attend the meeting.

• Look after corporate works of MD.

• Public relation Works attend, monitoring.

• Supervise & coordinate Assistant works, admin works & related all works.

• Daily work planner & supporting manager of MD.

• Personal Secretarial works of MD.

• To look after valued customer quarries, corporate meeting arrange, customer relations develop, top management assist.

• Look after MD personal & Official Documents, gifts, meetings.

• To attend corporate meetings & MD Banking activities monitoring.

• Department daily secretarial works monitoring.

• Communicate related Govt./Private Agencies & attend the meeting.

• Daily appointment fix up & co-ordinate.

• Receive valued guests/ Landowners/ clients.

• Attend phone calls, e-mails, support digital marketing.

• Personal security & Sub staff monitoring of MD.

• Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,

attend business party, seminar, fair, event, project meeting

• Communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying,

• Ticketing & Reservation of air/hotel, VISA arrange & communicate Embassy's

• Meeting agenda prepare, minutes prepare & memo writing

• Office order issue, Letter writing.

• Monitoring office executive other works.

• Attend weekly & monthly corporate meeting, party project visit,

• Other departments daily working report collect & submit to MD.

• Daily Department working & related staffs reporting to Admin.

• Local/ Foreign tour/ attend fair ( if permitted) and Others
