CEO – Support Service Executive (PS)- Female

Job Context:

• Smart, presentable & modern mentality with customer relation developments candidates will get preference.

• Graduates/ Hons./ BBA/BA/B.COM/ BA or Diploma/Bsc- (civil, Elect, Architect, EEE) Students


• Diploma/ BSC- Fashion Design may also apply

• MA/M.COM/MBA may also apply


Job Responsibilities:

• Customer support, customer relation developments, customer management, Tale Sales, Customer Support from front office.

• Business developments & attend the client, attend the meeting.

• Look after corporate works of MD & CEO.

• Public relation Works attend, monitoring.

• Supervise & coordinate Assistant works, admin works & related all works.

• Daily work planner & supporting manager of MD.

• Personal Secretarial works of MD.

• To look after valued customer quarries, corporate meeting arrange, customer relations develop, top management assist.

• Look after MD personal & Official Documents, gifts, meetings

• To attend corporate meetings & MD Banking activities monitoring,

• Department daily secretarial works monitoring.

• Communicate related Govt./Private Agencies & attend the meeting.

• Daily appointment fix up & co-ordinate

• Receive valued guests/ Landowners/ clients

• Attend phone calls, e-mails, support digital marketing

• Personal security & Sub staff monitoring of MD

• Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,

attend business party, seminar, fair, event, project meeting

• Communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying,

• Ticketing & Reservation of air/hotel, VISA arrange & communicate Embassy's

• Meeting agenda prepare, minutes prepare & memo writing

• Office order issue, Letter writing.

• monitoring office executive other works of CEO.

• Attend weekly & monthly corporate meeting, party

project visit,

• Other departments daily working report collect & submit to MD.

• Daily Department working & related staffs reporting to CEO

• Local/ Foreign tour/ attend fair ( if permitted)

• Others


Employment Status:

Full-time, Part-time, Contractual, Internship, Freelance.


Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in BBA, BA,B.com,BSS, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MBA

LLB,LLM may also apply.

Diploma/ Bsc (civil/interior design/ architecture) also apply

O/A Level candidates with job experience with airlines/ shops/ arrong or front desk also REQUESTED TO APPLY apply.


Skills Required:

Administration, Brand Promotion, Customer Support, Human Resources, Office Assistant, Personal Secretary, Receptionist/ Front Desk.


Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

• 2 years experience in Computer activities independently is PREFERRED.

• Should have knowledge Bengali & English typing, excel work with good speed & related software.

• Computer literacy is must for the post circulated above

• Smart & presentable female will get preference

• Have to wear sharees,jeens -fotuya,kamiz regarding events
